Spousal Maintenance - Awarded as a contribution by one spouse to the support of the other for either a specified or indefinite period.

• Factors include duration of marriage, age of parties, health of parties, standard of living established during marriage, earning income capacity, training employment skills, work experience, financial needs and resources, tax consequences, custodial child support responsibilities, and any other factors that the court deems relevant.
